We help you choose a laptop, desktop or PC parts: we ask how you will use it, shortlist options, check that parts fit together and compare stores, prices and return terms.
Do you sell computers?
No. We do not sell or ship hardware on this website and we do not take payments. You buy from the store of your choice under its terms.
Does it cost anything?
Asking for a callback is free and you owe nothing. If a paid service is ever offered, the fee is explained in writing before we start.
Is this tech support?
No. We do not provide technical support, repair, data recovery, virus removal or software installation. We help you choose what to buy.
Are you connected to Newegg or any other store?
No. We are independent, and no store has authorized or endorsed us. See the comparison, which is not a neutral review.
What happens after I ask for a callback?
We phone the number you gave. If you ticked the consent box we may also text you, and you can tell us to stop at any time.
Will you share my details with stores?
Only if you ask us to. See the Privacy Policy.
Which store is best?
It depends on the product, the seller and your needs. We do not rank stores.
Can you promise a price or that something is in stock?
No. Prices and stock change and are set by the seller. We cannot guarantee either.
